Position Overview:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage and oversee commercial lines accounts, including processing renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals, quotes, and policy renewals to clients.
- Provide support and guidance to clients regarding policy coverage, risk management, and claims handling.
- Collaborate closely with the production and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and cross-sell additional products.
- Process new policies, renewals, and changes to existing policies, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and coverage options to offer clients the best solutions.
- Utilize industry-specific software, including Applied/Epic and CSR24, to manage accounts and process transactions.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least five years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a strong understanding of industry practices and terminology.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience using Applied/Epic (Agency Management Software) and CSR24 (Certificate Processing Software) is a plus.
- Current Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant coursework is a plus.
